This body shop was recommended by Infiniti of Coral Gables. I went for a passenger door replacement/side panel repair, and as a first time customer I would not recommend or use Auto Sport International again.Regarding the lady at the front desk, she may be a nice person (can’t tell), but her customer service, tone, and delivery needs a lot of work. I think there is an opportunity for training with her on how to communicate with customers in a way that is pleasant and amicable. Feedback matters as it paints a picture and gives you an opportunity to reflect and pivot.Also, my vehicle was in the shop for one month, and I received every excuse under the sun as to why. Even GEICO, my insurer, was perplexed and frequently calling the shop to learn more. I understand that there might be supply issues and other issues beyond the shop’s control; however, it is imperative to have timely communication instead of leaving the customer in the dark. Additionally, I had a very transparent conversation with one of the managers there today, March 23, 2022, at 9:45am, named Juan, to discuss the other damage that was done to my vehicle (pictured) while in the shop’s hands. I reviewed my concerns and gave the shop every opportunity in real-time to explain themselves privately before I shared my experience publicly. Again, excuses. I believe that Auto Sport International has an opportunity to pivot, listen to feedback and not be defensive, in order to improve the customer experience.

They did a great job repainting my entire 2016 Honda H-RV. My car looks brand new! They are Honda Certified. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Auto Sport by Mandy a friend of mine who has been in the auto industry all his life. They fixed a crash on the side and I asked them to paint the entire car, it was a BMW 318is. The car looked beautiful. I was so pleased, this was 20 years ago.I haven't have any accidents since however, two weeks ago, I took my son's Mercedes C280 that had been crashed in the rear passenger side and also in college someone kicked the rear right side and made a huge dent. I spoke with the owner Valentin, he was amazing and very professional. Auto Sport did an awesome job, high quality, they went beyond their call of duty. It was done in two weeks exactly as promised and left the car like new. See for yourself the car is a 2006 now is June 2020 and look at the pictures.
